Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client in need of care.

✔ Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance – No charge.
✔ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment – A cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will apply.
✔ Same-day cancellations or no-shows – You will be charged 100% of the service price.

Rescheduling Your Appointment

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

✔ Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance – No charge.
✔ Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment – A $20 rescheduling fee may apply.
✔ Multiple last-minute reschedules – Clients who frequently reschedule at the last minute may be required to prepay for future sessions.

No-Show Policy

A “No-Show” is when a client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice.

✔ First No-Show: We understand that things happen, so we will send a courtesy reminder. However, the full session fee will be charged.
✔ Repeated No-Shows: Clients who miss multiple appointments without notice may be required to prepay for future sessions or may lose booking privileges.

Late Arrivals

To ensure all clients receive the full time they deserve:

✔ Arriving more than 10 minutes late – Your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, but the full session price will still apply.
✔ Arriving more than 20 minutes late – Your appointment may be considered a no-show, and the full fee will be charged.

Emergencies & Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
